# Reminders not working

When I set a reminder in the Appflowy app in Windows 11, I can set the date and time and set the reminder to “at time of event” but nothing ever happens. As a matter of fact when I look at notification settings on my z fold 4, appflowy isn’t even listed among apps I can turn notifications on. So I’m not getting reminder notifications on either my Windows 11 computer or my zfold 4 with android 14. My Appflowy version is 0.6.3 Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Did you ever get this working? I’m just testing this app but am very anxious about switching to appflowy because I see a lot of questions on this forum are completely ignored.

Nope. No one has answered. I switched to Notesnook instead. Even more features and i got an education discount and they’re end to end encryption

Having trouble with the Reminder app not showing up in your notifications settings? Don’t worry, it’s a fairly common issue. Here are a few things you can try to fix it:-  
First, check your notification settings:- Go to Settings \> Notifications and make sure the Reminder app is listed. If it’s there, make sure the “Allow Notifications” switch is turned on.  
Next, try restarting your iPhone:- Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve these kinds of glitches. Just press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons until the power off slider appears, then swipe to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
