Regarding your feature requests, all of them are highly requested by our community. A tag system is on our short-term roadmap. As of now, iframes are unlikely to be supported in the desktop app because, to my knowledge, Flutter doesn’t support them. However, we’ll support them in the web app soon.
Could you share more information about how you use the graph view in OB?

Each note in my vault is an idea or a project with appropriate tags like python, app, visual, etc. The graph allows to quickly see the topics and related projects as nodes. A table could do the same but as the network grows a table becomes less manageable.
